Purpose Statement As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts.
Who we are Carvel is part of the Rich’s family of brands. We help food industry professionals compete in foodservice, retail, in‑store bakery, deli, and prepared foods.
What do we need Route Sales Delivery Drivers are full‑time positions that sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel truck. Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service and in‑store merchandising execution.
Route Sales Delivery Driver hours vary. Routes start as early as 3 a.m. and average 10‑12 stops a day. Must be able to work Saturdays during peak season.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first
Minimum 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (we will verify)
Ability to climb in/out of the truck and carry goods weighing up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or GED equivalent
CDL‑B permit preferred before start; we reimburse the fee 30 days after you obtain the license. A CDL‑B will be needed for essential functions.
Previous DSD experience is a bonus
Compensation Annual range: $46,985.45 – $63,568.55. Base compensation may vary based on experience, skill, shift differential and location.
