Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in USA or Europe. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product training sessions, and preparing sales reports. The role also entails overseeing account management activities and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to actively listen, build rapport, and provide excellent client support
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to conduct Training sessions and effectively convey product knowledge to clients and team members
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in basic business software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is an advantage
