Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary The Programmatic Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day post-sale activity as a part of Clear Channel Outdoor's industry-leading programmatic approach, across our roadside & airport inventory footprints. This role interfaces closely with the Technology, Ad Operations, Data and Analytics, Sales, and Sales Support teams, to ensure that programmatic campaign spend is delivered effectively and at scale to help our team continue on our growth track.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in every aspect of the campaign lifecycle after a deal has closed: campaign setup, activation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Proactively work with Programmatic Account Managers to service client needs around our Private Marketplace solution: pulling webcams, requesting beauty shots, developing recap reports, solving billing issues, etc.

Provide swift programmatic trafficking support to ensure we are maximizing our revenue potential; this includes creative trafficking for both open exchange activity and private deals.

Support in the creation of project and campaign-level deliverables across internal and partner stakeholders.

Support existing programmatic activity in conjunction with Programmatic Account Managers, analyzing results on a micro (campaign) and macro (business unit) level.

Understand all in-house & partner platform UIs and reporting functions; produce ad hoc reporting upon request.

Provide hands‑on assistance with any escalations as they pertain to ad implementation, creative issues and troubleshooting, ad tagging, third‑party integrations, inventory and/or campaign delivery discrepancies.

Actualize client spend in Salesforce.

Assist in updating CCO marketing materials.

Performs other duties as required.

Job Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

One (1)+ year of working across functions in the media agency, publisher, or OOH media‑owner space in a media planning, media buying, or account management capacity is preferred.

One (1)+ year of working in a programmatic‑heavy or programmatic‑centric role, working with ad technology (i.e., platforms, products, and monetization) and managing ad campaigns preferred.

Experience with OOH‑specific ad tech like Vistar, Broadsign, etc. preferred.

Skills

Advanced technology skills and well‑versed in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Understands the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, RTB / DSPs / SSPs / DMPs.

Fundamental understanding of common ad serving and supply‑side programmatic systems, such as Google DFP/AdX, AppNexus, OpenX, Magnite.

Understanding of relevant campaign metrics (foot traffic, reach frequency, tune‑in, etc.).

Physical Demands

Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.

Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.

This job is performed in a temperature‑controlled office environment.

Compensation The targeted salary range for this New York position is $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.
