Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers on case packing and palletizing.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems.
Proven ability to manage technical selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
Ability to travel extensively within the Southeast territory.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Location
Remote position. Must reside in Southeast United States (AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, TN).
