Location Kansas City, Missouri
Salary Starting Salary: $45,000 to $52,000
Sign On Bonus $5,000
Shift Schedule Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities
Empathetic Empathizer: Create human connection with potential residents and families during stressful times.
Communicator of Knowledge: Enter lead information accurately into database and provide necessary senior living information and next-step options.
Lead Base Liaison: Cultivate leads through calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, accurately cataloguing efforts.
Hospitable Host: Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
Qualifications
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
English proficiency at least 12th grade.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and energetic attitude, passion for residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to follow instructions and apply problem-solving skills.
Criminally cleared.
Good health, physically and mentally capable of performing tasks; health screening within 6 months prior or 7 days following employment free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
