Position Senior Living Coordinator (Full Time)
Location: Zionsville, IN – 11143 Ambrose Lane, Zionsville, IN 46077
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday with alternating weekends
Responsibilities
Empathetic Empathizer: Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with potential residents and their families during a stressful and emotional time.
Communicator of Knowledge: Ensure accurate and thorough information regarding leads is entered into the database and that leads receive all necessary and helpful information on senior living and next‑step options.
Lead Base Liaison: Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, follow‑up calls, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.
Hospitable Host: Provide exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient verbal and written English at 12th‑grade level.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills as needed.
Criminal clearance required.
Good physical and mental health; must pass a health screening no more than six (6) months before or seven (7) days after employment, confirming freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
