You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and match the correct products to convert leads into policyholders. Responsibilities
Use sales expertise to turn prospects into confident policyholders Represent Liberty brand and connect customers with the right products Adapt to different environments, schedules, and customer needs Maintain integrity and customer focus in all interactions Training & Benefits
16–18 week training program (licensed or unlicensed) Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1 No cold calls; all incoming are warm leads Recognition and reward opportunities Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for at least 12 months Remote work equipment and professional workspace required; high‑speed internet 100 MBps download / 20 MBps upload minimum Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years required Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills Strong typing and PC proficiency Property & Casualty license (training provided if not licensed) About Liberty Mutual
