Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, match the correct coverages, products, and benefits, and convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details Paid training begins day one in a remote work environment.
Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am‑8 pm CST). Schedule for minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided; must maintain a dedicated workspace with high‑speed wired internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
State of Florida residency required.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing, PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if not held.
