Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Job Details Position available for candidates based in the state of Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio & Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training, Benefits and Schedule

Paid training in a remote work environment; training extends over 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires).

Schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid-morning start time. Example 11 am–8 pm (CST) for a minimum of 12 months before a shift change.

All computer equipment provided; home workspace must have dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). No satellite or mobile internet support.

Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.

Strong engagement, persuasion and closing skills.

Clear communication with prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property & Casualty License required after hire.
