Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55,000-$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Position Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training and Schedule
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunity for rewards and recognition.
Must work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule applies for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided; work‑at‑home requirements include a professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held).
Other Information
Job is available for candidates based in the state of Texas; applicants must reside in Texas.
