Inside Sales Representative – Remote (Florida)
We’re hiring motivated, people‑focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Representative training program beginning in January 2026. This role is paid‑training, licensing, and offers warm leads only (no cold calls). Salary & Benefits

Handle inbound calls and warm leads from customers. Consult with clients on insurance needs and match appropriate coverages. Convert sales leads into policyholders. Maintain accurate records and comply with all company policies. Desired Candidate Profile
Passionate seller with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Front‑line liaison who represents the Liberty brand. Reliable teammate adaptable to remote or office settings. Customer‑centric closer with integrity and care for client success. Position Details
Paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months. Computer equipment provided; Home office must have dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) – no satellite/mobile internet. All candidates must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire. Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong persuasive and communication skills for both prospects and customers.
