Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join its Contact Center Sales Organization as Inside Sales Representatives. The role is fully remote and available for candidates based in Florida.
Compensation Base Salary: $45,000 per year (subject to growth). Combined base salary and commission typically range from $55,000 to $75,000. Top performers in their second year and beyond can earn $85,000+.

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Operate in a remote work environment while supporting the brand’s reputation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
Training & Schedule
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license (paid training includes licensing).
Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (example 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
Remote work requires a professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (min. 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload); satellite and mobile internet not supported.
All computer equipment is provided.
