Sales Representative, Inbound Remote – Liberty Mutual Insurance
Join our Contact Center Sales Organization to start your career selling insurance with no cold calls and unlimited earning potential. This remote position is available to Florida residents. Pay Range
Base salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Total earnings can range from $55,000 to $85,000+ depending on performance and commissions. Key Dates
Unlicensed Class Begins: February 23, 2026 Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026 Position Details
From day one you will receive paid training and licensing for all 50 states. You will handle inbound warm contacts and consult with customers to match them with appropriate coverage. Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty license; training includes licensing if needed. No cold calls – only incoming warm leads. Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, 11 am‑8 pm CST (minimum 12 months). Work‑from‑home computer equipment provided; dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite/mobile internet not supported. 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities. Proficient typing and PC skills. Property & Casualty license required after hire. About Us
