Pay Range Base pay: $37,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
Pay Details Starting base salary: $45,000 with opportunities for growth.
Average earnings range: $55,000 – $75,000 with base salary and commissions.
Top performers can earn up to $85,000+.

Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Position Details Eligible locations: North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, West Virginia.
Remote work with paid training and licensing in all 50 states.
Training duration: 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires)

No cold calls – only incoming warm leads
Opportunities for rewards and recognition
Schedule: 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST)
Home‑office requirements: dedicated workspace, wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload)
Computer equipment provided
Job Details Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
All representatives must obtain a Property & Casualty license (paid training includes licensing).

Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty License required after hire.
