Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
– Liberty Mutual Insurance – Arizona – Remote.
Open for hire — training begins January 2026. Position is remote work with inbound warm leads, no cold calls.
Pay Range Base salary $55,000 – $75,000 per year; potential earnings up to $85k+ with commissions.
Key Dates Unlicensed Class Begins: Jan 26, 2026 Licensed Class Begins: Feb 9, 2026
Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult policyholders on insurance needs. Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Work within a remote work environment; maintain professional workspace with high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Maintain computer equipment provided by Liberty Mutual. Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11 am‑8 pm CST). Minimum 12‑month commitment before shift change.
Training 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Paid training includes licensing. All benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Qualifications 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty license required after hire.
Location Arizona – Remote. Applicant must reside within Arizona.
