Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Pay Range Base pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
Job Summary We are hiring future Remote Inside Sales Representatives to begin training in January 2026. The role is based in Florida and is available for candidates residing in the state. As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching coverage, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and collaborate with customers on their insurance requirements.
Match products and benefits to customer needs to close sales.
Maintain a professional workspace and comply with internet and equipment requirements.
Work a 4‑weekday, 1‑weekend shift (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift rotation.
Complete remote training: 16 weeks for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Qualities & Skills
Passionate seller who turns prospects into happy policyholders.
Front‑line liaison who represents the Liberty brand and connects customers to the right products.
Reliable teammate adaptable to office or remote environments and fluctuating schedules.
Customer‑centric closer who cares about delivering quality products and services.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service related work required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Effective communication with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency and PC knowledge.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
Benefits & Compensation Paid training and licensing in all 50 states. Medical benefits start Day 1. No cold calls—only incoming warm leads. Potential to earn up to $85 k+ through base salary and generous commissions. Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
