Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through base salary and generous commission.

Top performing agents can earn up to $85,000+.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote environment. All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training includes licensing for unlicensed hires.

Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (min. 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
