Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunities for growth. Top‑performing agents can earn up to $85k+.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these locations.

Job Details

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

16‑week training period for licensed hires, 18‑week for unlicensed hires.

Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

Opportunity for rewards and recognition.

Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change consideration.

All computer equipment provided; maintain a dedicated workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.

Effective communication with prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
