Location Requirements Applicants must reside in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, or Utah.
Compensation Base salary: $45,000 – $100,000 per year. Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 with base salary and commission. Top performing agents can earn $85,000+.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand and build relationships with customers.
Maintain a professional remote workspace and comply with equipment and internet requirements.
Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Will obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license after hire.
Training & Benefits
Paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
