Inside Sales Representative (Remote, Arizona)
Base Pay: $55,000–$75,000 per year, plus commission. Starting base salary $45,000, with potential earnings $55k–$75k first year, up to $85k+ for top performers.
Position: Inbound Sales Representative; will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs, match coverage, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Training & Schedule
Paid training 16 weeks (licensed hires) / 18 weeks (unlicensed hires).
All computer equipment provided; home workspace with dedicated desk and wired high‑speed Internet (min: 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day; mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST); minimum 12 months before shift change.
Training includes licensing for all 50 states.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, proven ability to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Proficient in typing and PC usage.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
