Sales Representative, Inbound Remote – Liberty Mutual Insurance
Pay Range
Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth
Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission
Top Performing Agents can earn up to $85K+ in their second year and onward
Job Overview As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. This role offers paid training, a dynamic work environment with no cold calls, and the chance to build a career with unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to close sales
Excellent communication skills for both prospects and customers
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills
Typing capabilities and PC proficiency
Property and Casualty License required after hire
Training & Schedule
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires
