Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K to $75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.
Job Availability Position is available for candidates based in Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with wired, high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
