Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in North Dakota, South Dakota and Arkansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
Position Details
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11 am–8 pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber, or DSL) high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.
Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
