Pay Range (Liberty Mutual Insurance)
Base pay is $55,000–$75,000 per year. Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Job Details Inside Sales Representative – Inbound Remote position available for candidates residing in Florida. In this role you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
All sales representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Paid training includes licensing for unlicensed hires.
Key dates for training (class starts February 2026):
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Unlicensed Class Begins: February 23, 2026
Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Workers must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
Consult customers on insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Close sales and convert leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand and provide a customer‑centric experience.
Maintain integrity and care for customer needs.

Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty license required after hire.
