Description The Sales Counselor provides superior experiences to clients from initial outreach through the completion of the build, showcasing Blue Heron’s value proposition, product knowledge, and commitment to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Utilize sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve sales goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Obtain and manage outbound leads through networking, prospecting, and cultivating new relationships within the community.
Manage your sales pipeline, establishing meaningful connections with potential clients to drive business growth.
Welcome prospective clients with an experience aligned with the Blue Heron brand and values.
Capture and manage prospective client information accurately in CRM throughout the sales process.
Provide tours for prospective clients through the Client Experience Center, showroom, and available homesites.
Communicate the value proposition and key differentiators versus other builders.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all Blue Heron products: floorplans, homesites, options, design process, financing process, and communities.
Educate Sales Associates and Sales Hosts on product information and processes.
Engage clients in conversation to fully understand purchasing motivation and determine qualification.
Facilitate the purchasing process, including financing options, lender introductions, and loan execution.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients with internal Blue Heron disciplines.
Manage the full client journey during the build, working directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Actively engage in client walks and milestone celebrations as applicable.
Maintain show home appearance and routine maintenance.
Collaborate on marketing projects; participate in grand openings and community events.
Respond to all external and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Network within the greater community to drive client and real‑estate traffic.
Follow up on leads regularly.
Complete all required reporting promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain acceptable sales conversion rates.
Write and execute reservation and/or purchase agreements.
Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Active Nevada Real Estate license.
Minimum of two years’ sales experience, preferably in custom home or new‑home construction markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience using CRMs preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to work cohesively in a team, develop strong client relationships, and solve problems independently.
Strong work ethic with a client‑focused approach.
Availability to work weekends.
