Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Executive based in Plano, TX. As an Account Executive, you will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive the sales process from prospecting to close. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating Practice EHR solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify strategic growth opportunities for the company.
Compensation
Up to $180,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE), consisting of a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and EHR solutions is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
