What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute end‑to‑end business plans with retail customers, specifically Meijer
Foster strong partnerships with customers by understanding their business and marketplace
Meet objectives for new item authorizations, distribution, and revenue growth
Collaborate with the Retail Execution Manager to ensure successful in‑store execution of category objectives
Maintain detailed documentation of business transactions and interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in customer management, account management, or retail sales management
Strong customer‑first mentality with demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives
Ability to work autonomously while planning and organizing priorities
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills with negotiation capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems such as IRI and Spark
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience using analytical skills to develop comprehensive business plans based on data analysis
Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions to achieve category objectives
