We are seeking an experienced
Roofing Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales team while driving both residential and commercial success across the Denver Metro area. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape a team, influence company direction, and strengthen the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing sales team.
Drive revenue growth across residential and commercial roofing projects.
Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and leadership to ensure strong project execution.
Manage your own active sales pipeline while supporting team members in meeting their goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in roofing sales (residential, commercial, or both).
3+ years in a leadership or sales management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Denver roofing market and applicable regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr
Competitive Compensation
On‑Target Earnings (OTE):
$200,000 – $300,000+ per year
Uncapped commissions, bonuses, and team overrides
