About the Role
The Director of Parts oversees and provides the vision for the Parts Department across all locations, coaches and mentors location Parts Managers, has responsibility for the P&L, budgeting, business planning, inventory control, and staffing. This person manages OEM, distributor, and internal and external customer relationships and escalations, while achieving company expectations for sales volume and profitability. This person cultivates an environment of accountability and professional development, holding to the organization’s Core Values and Customer Service Excellence focus.
This role can work out of our Colton, Sacramento, or Dallas / Krugerville location.
Responsibilities
Oversee and provide vision for the Parts Department across all locations
Coach and mentor location Parts Managers
Manage P&L, budgeting, business planning, inventory control, and staffing
Manage OEM, distributor, and internal and external customer relationships and escalations
Achieve company expectations for sales volume and profitability
Cultivate an environment of accountability and professional development
Hold to the organization’s Core Values and Customer Service Excellence focus
Frequent travel required, with rotations to each Parts location in California and Texas.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary plus generous quarterly / annual bonus structure.
