Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve quota across new and existing accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts to ensure product adoption and renewal success Deliver compelling presentations to district-level stakeholders about literacy solutions Build and maintain relationships with key educational decision-makers to influence buying decisions Analyze territory trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of successful business development, sales, and account management experience Experience selling or working with technology-based curriculum products, preferably in literacy/reading Deep knowledge of the K–12 education landscape, including funding cycles and decision-making hierarchies Proficient user of CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, Google Suites, and video conferencing software Preferred Qualifications
Existing contacts within K-12 education in the geographical territory Proven track record of sales goal attainment and managing a pipeline of opportunities in large districts Ability to deliver product presentations effectively to decision makers Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
