About The Role We are seeking a dependable and motivated Kitchen Utility team member to join our Operations department. This part-time, hourly position is critical to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while supporting team efficiency and safety. If you are passionate about being a valuable part of kitchen operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and surfaces in compliance with health and safety standards.

Clean and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently and securely.

Assist in maintaining organization of food storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and labeling.

Support kitchen staff by keeping the workspace free of clutter and hazards.

Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed by the kitchen team.

Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly and ensure waste areas are kept tidy.

Perform regular cleaning of floors, walls, and other kitchen areas to promote cleanliness.

Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to operational procedures while handling equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.

Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
