We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook to join our Operations team on a full-time, hourly basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency. Prepare and cook menu items to the established recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently met. Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies based on meal demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Support inventory management by monitoring food supplies and reporting shortages or inconsistencies. Assist in receiving and properly storing food deliveries. Handle kitchen tools, equipment, and machinery with care and follow safety protocols. Qualifications

Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred. Working knowledge of various cooking methods, techniques, and kitchen equipment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a kitchen environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Proficiency in English is required for communication and understanding instructions.
