About The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our Operations team. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen. This hourly, full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to culinary excellence.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to outlined recipes, specifications, and guidelines.

Ensure the workstation and kitchen area are clean and organized at all times.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items efficiently and on schedule.

Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of supplies and ingredients.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain all tools in good working condition.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and composure.

Excellent knife skills and the ability to execute various cooking techniques.

Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Passion for food preparation and a commitment to delivering excellent meals.
