We are looking for a Customer Account Lifecycle Analyst who will manage a territory’s asset records through the contract lifecycle and ensure accurate books and records to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position based in Malvern, PA or Cary, NC.
Your Role
Own the order‑to‑invoice relationship with external customers for asset, service contract and T&M events.
Lead improvement and digitalization projects leveraging tools such as Robotic Process Automation, PowerBI and Winshuttle.
Build relationships with internal customers such as Sales Reps, Regional Service Managers and Performance Controlling to manage the assigned territory.
Collaborate with the Collections department to facilitate payment for disputed invoices.
Conduct and support problem research using CAPA processes and RCCA tools.
Understand IFRS rules and research booking activity to determine appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies.
Your Expertise
BS/BA in business or related field preferred, all experience levels considered.
Experience in process improvement, digitalization, project management, or similar functions.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
Basic accounting and finance principles knowledge.
Proficiency in business analytics tools, data analysis and solution recommendation.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel required; PowerApps preferred).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all organizational levels.
Strong change‑management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $66,390 – $99,590 (geographical and qualification factors apply). Commission eligibility under the company plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, sick and safe time.
