FIELD COORDINATOR We’re looking to hire a

Field Coordinator

at our PHX, AZ location. Our Field Coordinators are key to ensuring project success through meticulous documentation and reporting. This role involves the effective completion of all project correspondence, documentation, and reports, with a strong focus on quality control. Coordinators will verify the accuracy and completeness of all materials before submitting them to Operations Management to ensure all project requirements are precisely tracked and met.

Wage: $21- $24 per hour, paid weekly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation

Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members

Create and maintain daily and material reports

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management

Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed

Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and gather all compliance documents required for closeout

Assist operations management with various field duties

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary

Quality control of all construction aspects

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

High school Diploma or equivalent

Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills

Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Must hold a valid Driver’s License

Physical activity and work environment for the role includes:

Travel as needed between job site and office

Walking for long periods, on variable terrain

Sitting and standing for long periods

Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.

Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead

Manual dexterity for computer and small equipment use

Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
