Inside Sales Professional - Driver

Job Purpose The purpose of the Inside Sales Professional (ISP) is to identify and serve the needs of our customers, assist them in obtaining products or information and provide excellent customer service while filling the many needs of customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Process customer orders received in person at the sales counter or by phone, fax and e-commerce to include company transfers and delivery requests.
Locate parts, equipment and supplies for our customers from various sources.
Support long‑term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance.
Assist in warehouse duties, which include pulling customer orders and putting away stock while occasionally operating a forklift.
Promote new and existing products, upgrades and services to our customers.
Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
Identify prospective/future customers through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to sales team (Territory Managers or Account Executives).
Maintain professional atmosphere of sales facility by restocking and maintaining both showroom shelves and product displays.
Process warranties.
Process cycle counts and assist in maintaining accuracy of physical inventory.
Make occasional deliveries using site vehicle.
Participate in after‑hours on‑call and training classes.
Work overtime as assigned.
Work cooperatively with others.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance.
