What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute comprehensive cutover management plans
Drive cutover progress, ensuring timely task completion and milestone achievement
Lead daily meetings with cross-functional team members
Proactively manage risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential issues
Document and report on cutover activities while communicating with internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
CORE or equivalent project management expertise
Experience with project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum
Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% to major RTX sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in SAP implementation and knowledge of agile frameworks
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent activities
Proven capability to lead and manage change within an organization
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications
Experience collaborating across various business lines and processes
