What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Engage customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging and drive product sales - Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and achieve sales goals - Travel regionally 4-6 times per year for in-person interactions with healthcare professionals - Create and implement business plans to meet territory and business sales objectives - Maintain accurate data entry in CRM systems and prepare reports for management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales - Ability to travel within the Western US for face-to-face healthcare professional interactions - Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales - Experience in a hybrid or remote sales environment - Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office - Ability to effectively overcome sales obstacles and drive product utilization
