Join our team.**Your role at Clorox:**The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development/customization of Peru´s strategy, plan development and execution for the brands under his/her responsibility. This includes leading Peru´s business understanding/diagnosis including tracking of key fundamentals, management of key brand/innovation projects together with multi-functional counterparts, A&SP budget management, and providing support to planning and forecasting processes.**In this role, you will:*** Analysis and diagnosis of key drivers for the categories under responsibility.* Development, execution and tracking of demand creation plans aligned to brand strategies, working closely with regional Studios and Peru´s multi-functional resources as needed.* Implementation of regional innovation/PPA initiatives, and development of local initiatives (as needed) ensuring on time launches and flawless execution.* A&SP budget management: Meet quarterly and yearly investment targets. Ensure timely delivery of accruals, reversals and invoices to F&A.* Actively participate and support business planning processes thought the FY: S&OP, Quarterly Updates, Budget, LRP.#LI-HYBRID**What we look for:*** 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales (FMCG preferred).* 3+ years in Brand Management.* Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).* Highly adaptable, proactive, and results oriented.* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.* Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or equivalent experience.* Deep understanding of the Peruvian market.* **Fluent English & Spanish (required).**If you are passionate about building brands, driving growth, and making an impact across multiple markets, this role is for you!**Workplace type:**Hybrid**Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
