Commercial Lending Officer Lake Elmo Bank Job Description
Proven ability to source, structure, analyze, negotiate and close multi-million dollar credit facilities and generate new business of $10-15 million annually.
Ability to toggle between CRE, C&I, IRE and AD&C lending.
Proven client relationship and portfolio management skills.
Experience closing loans under the SBA’s 504 and 7a lending programs.
History of compliance with the various regulations pertaining to commercial loans.
Benefits and Salary Information:
Medical, Dental, Vision; Bank paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability; Float time, vacation and sick time; 401(k); Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$170,000 depending on qualifications. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
5-10 years of progressive experience in commercial lending.
