About the role As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a wide range of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
Typical Day • Arrive early to inspect the center and ensure all areas are ready.
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package deliveries, room directions, and technical setup.
• Process service requests and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Take short breaks for coffee.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager to plan networking events and send e‑invites.
• Manage posters and noticeboard updates.
• Support end‑of‑day wrap‑up and maintain a tidy environment.
What We’re Looking For
A good communicator with the ability to build professional relationships (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations.
Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
