Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote vehicle inventory and dealership services. Support the Commercial Sales Team with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and product knowledge. Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate appointments for test drives, financing discussions, and vehicle deliveries. Maintain vehicle displays, ensuring cars are clean and properly presented. Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Sales Team and management. Maintain a professional demeanor and always uphold excellent customer service standards. What we’re looking for:
Ford or Lincoln sales experience preferred but not required. Automotive vehicle sales experience preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license Excellent communication and people skills. Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
