Global Brand Manager – Ford Racing
We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join our Brand & Partnerships team as the Global Ford Racing Brand Manager at Ford Motor Company.
This hybrid role requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the Allen Park, MI office.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage brand strategies that promote Ford Racing brand growth and expansion, while aligning to strategic priorities of the business.
Develop and implement Production and Competition Brand on Vehicle strategy.
Implement and manage Ford Racing branding within Experiences/GTM settings.
Work cross-functionally within Ford Racing and broader Ford teams to support programs that leverage Ford Racing’s brand.
Own the Ford Racing point of view on matters related to the brand identity within Ford Motor Company.
Support naming/nomenclature strategy and associated Trademark clearances, and address trademark violations for Ford Racing.
Exhibit a creative mindset to view Ford Racing through the lens of the consumer.
Manage the Ford Racing brand implementation in lifestyle and merchandise offerings, in cooperation with Global Licensing.
You’ll have
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of work experience in marketing, brand or strategy, with a minimum of 2+ years in brand management.
Travel required.

Practical knowledge in brand identity.
Strong presentation skills.
Global Brand & Enthusiast experience.
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
Innovative thinking and strategic thinking.
