Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the correct answer in everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax issues and committed to delivering excellent customer service via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Willingness to obtain or a current internet connection that meets Intuit’s security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay and a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30/hour
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
New York: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30/hour
