Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Job Function
Partner cross-functionally to align proposal content with procurement standards and market expectations.
Lead end-to-end development of government and commercial RFPs, including intake, drafting, review, and submission.
Interpret procurement, compliance, and business requirements in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
Develop win themes, differentiators, and value propositions with sales and client success teams.
Translate complex technical and performance data into clear, compelling proposal language.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform proposal strategy and improve win rates.
Standardize and streamline proposal processes using templates, style guides, and automation tools.
Track RFP performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
7 years’ work experience working in a proposal department.
Experience with federal, state and municipalities proposals highly preferred.
Healthcare knowledge; background in employer benefits and/or women’s health a plus.
Specialized proposal training and proficiency with Loopio and/or other established proposal tools/database programs.
Experience leveraging AI and other optimization tools for project efficiency.
