Senior Director, Recruitment at WhiteCap Search A rapidly growing technology firm specializing in AI cloud platforms is seeking to continue to build out its finance team in Manhattan, NY. This hybrid role will be the third in‑house finance position, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Finance Director, and a dotted line working with the CEO and Head of Operations.
Job Function
Build and maintain dynamic financial models for new business opportunities, scenario planning, and strategic decision making.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across all G&A functions.
Support the data center team in evaluating pricing, contract terms and impact on company P&L.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support key initiatives.
Support long‑range planning and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive presentations with clarity and precision.
Job Requirements
5‑7 years of experience, ideally across investment banking or consulting, combined with experience at a high‑growth startup.
