We are looking for a Community Property Manager in Jackson, Tennessee. Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations of apartment complex on behalf of the property management company and owners Handle tasks such as tenant screenings and relations, rent collections, property maintenance and repairs, and financial management including budgeting and reporting Market the property and manage leases Supervise all staff and ensure the property is running smoothly Use property management software Problem solving skills and able to handle tenant related issues Knowledge of multi-housing laws and experience in multi-housing is a must Qualifications
