In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language. Work in a virtual customer‑facing role, use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax‑preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax‑preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers. Excellent customer‑service skills and confidence interacting with customers through video and audio tools. What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Expected base pay ranges per region: Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 The position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
