Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers. Use state of the art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand. Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers via video and audio tools. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range for This Position Is Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 New York: $28.80 - $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
