What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Act as a virtual, customer-facing specialist using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs. Pay based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Regular comparisons across ethnicity and gender drive ongoing pay equity.
